Step One

The first thing that you need to do is that you have to cut the strands of licorice in half, so that they are about 18 inches long to start decorating the Halloween party favors with. With the other half, you want to cut those into 2 inch pieces and set them aside, you are going to need them later on in the process to make these Halloween party favors.

Step Two

Take the marker and on the outside of the pudding cups, you want to make the faces that are going to be the witches for these Halloween party favors. With the marker, you are going to create the witch's mouth, nose, and eyes on each of the six pudding cups that are out there. Remember, if you have had these pudding cups in the refrigerator, wipe them off because they are going to have moisture on them.

Step Three

The next thing that you have to do with these Halloween party favors is that you need to make the pudding the neon green color. Take the food coloring that you purchased and mix between eight to ten drops in each of the cups. You will want to mix the cups up well so that the color is even throughout and so that the color is also consistent in these Halloween party favors.

Step Four

Take the smaller licorice pieces around the sides of the cup, but be sure that you are putting them into the pudding so that they stay and so that they can become the witch's hair. It will take about 25 sections for each of the cups. You will then set one of the chocolate cookies on top of these Halloween party favors.

Step Five

Take the longer licorice stands and tie them into a bow. You are going to place those pieces of licorice on the top of the chocolate sugar cones that you have purchased.

Step Six

Finally, you need to be sure that you are adding the final touches. You want to take the decorating icing that you got and squeeze a bit of it on the edge of the ice cream cone. You will then want to place it upside down and put it on the cookie, with the icing, it will stick and stay in place and you will have the witch's hat.

These are a great idea for Halloween party favors and this is definitely an option that you should check out. Be sure that you have these on your list of party favors. These are cheap and easy to create and everyone will love them.
